French Toast

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/3 cup flour
- 10 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 slices french bread, 3/4 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well.
- 2 place bread slices in glass dish.
- 3 pour egg mixture over the bread.
- 4 turn slices to coat throughly.
- 5 refrigerate, covered, overnight.
- 6 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 7 spray baking sheet, lay slices on sheet.
- 8 bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
- 9 can be served at this point or continue to crisp the outside.
- 10 heat griddle to about 375°f.
- 11 with slices ready to put on griddle, butter the surface well.
- 12 immediately place slices on griddle, turning once.
- 13 serve warm.
