Perfectly Fresh Bread (bread Machines)

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- margarine (for after the loaf is cooked)
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients in order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer.
- 2 recommended cycle for your machine would be the "basic" or "" setting for large loaves.
- 3 remove from pan while hot and smear with margarine to keep the crust soft and fresh.
- 4 smear all sides and let cool for one hour on a cooling rack before cutting.
