Hatton's Beer Bread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour and sugar.
  • 2 stir in beer and mix well.
  • 3 pour in greased loaf pan.
  • 4 bake for 40-45 minute @ 350 degrees f.
  • 5 let cool slightly before serving. (doesnt have to be warm to eat).
