Parmesan Cheese Rolls

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 3 1/2-4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and italian seasoning.
  • 2 separately, heat milk, water, and butter until 120 degrees.
  • 3 combine both mixtures. stir in egg and remaining flour. knead 5 minutes
  • 4 let rise 15 mins in warm oven.
  • 5 divide into 15-20 balls.
  • 6 dip each one into butter and then into parmeasean cheese.
  • 7 place into greased 13x9 pan.
  • 8 let rise 15 minutes.
  • 9 bake 375 20-25 minutes.
