Parmesan Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

- 3 1/2-4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and italian seasoning.
- 2 separately, heat milk, water, and butter until 120 degrees.
- 3 combine both mixtures. stir in egg and remaining flour. knead 5 minutes
- 4 let rise 15 mins in warm oven.
- 5 divide into 15-20 balls.
- 6 dip each one into butter and then into parmeasean cheese.
- 7 place into greased 13x9 pan.
- 8 let rise 15 minutes.
- 9 bake 375 20-25 minutes.
