Ice Cream Caramel Cinnamon Rolls From Frozen Bread Dough

Ingredients

• 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup ice cream, vanilla, butter brickle or similar flavor all work well
• cinnamon
• sugar

Recipe

• 1 break bread dough into chunks.
• 2 roll in cinnamon sugar.
• 3 put in 9" x 13" pan.
• 4 let rise until at least doubled (2 hours?).
• 5 melt together butter, brown sugar and ice cream in a saucepan.
• 6 heat until it begins to boil.
• 7 pour mixture over dough.
• 8 bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
• 9 let stand for about 20 minutes before eating but they are best eaten warm.
