Fat Free Strawberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup of splenda artificial sweetener (the one you can bake with)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup of pureed strawberry
- 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt (i either use strawberry or vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine the first three ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
- 2 combine the other four ingredients in a seperate medium sized bowl.
- 3 then combine the dry mixture to the wet and stir until well combined.
- 4 drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheets.
- 5 place in a preheated (350 degrees) over for 12-14 minutes.
- 6 let cool on pan, then serve.
- 7 *keep note though -- you might want to spray your pan or use wax paper for the muffin tops will stick after they are done baking.
