Fat Free Banana Crunch Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup grape-nuts cereal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 mashed bananas
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
- 2 in a larger bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
- 3 add dry ingrediants to wet ingredients.
- 4 mix just until combined; do not overmix.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) in a 350 degree oven.
