Paluszki (polish Little Fingers)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g potatoes, cooked & mashed
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 475°f.
  • 2 combine butter, potato and flour to form dough, and knead on a well-floured surface.
  • 3 refrigerate for 15 minutes, then roll out very thinly.
  • 4 cut into narrow strips.
  • 5 place on a well greased baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
