Holiday Rum Loaf (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 cup luke water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
- 3/4 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1/3 cup pecan pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 combine according to your manufacturer's directions.
- 2 makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
- 3 success hints: for a real treat, also prepare rum bath for dipping (see recipe i posted).
- 4 this recipe can be made using regualr and rapid bake cycles.
