Easy Tea Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine until crumbly.
- 2 add 1/2 cup of milk then mix, add the last 1/4 as needed. dough should be wet, but not sticky.
- 3 roll into roughly 5cm (2 inch) balls. flatten slightly and stack them 2 high.
- 4 oven 425, cook 10-12 min or until slightly golden.
