Easy Tea Biscuits

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine until crumbly.
  • 2 add 1/2 cup of milk then mix, add the last 1/4 as needed. dough should be wet, but not sticky.
  • 3 roll into roughly 5cm (2 inch) balls. flatten slightly and stack them 2 high.
  • 4 oven 425, cook 10-12 min or until slightly golden.
