Paleo Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in food processor and pulse until mixed well.
  • 2 pulse in eggs oil honey and vinegar.
  • 3 mash into a greased loaf pan.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
