Monay Putok

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 700 g flour
  • 7 1/2 g instant dry yeast
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons iodized salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon bread improver
  • 1/8 cup skim milk powder
  • 2 medium eggs

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. knead until gluten is fully developed.
  • 2 rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3 scale dough according to desired weight.
  • 4 proof for at least 1 1/2 hours.
  • 5 bake at 350°f for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
