Ingredients

- 700 g flour
- 7 1/2 g instant dry yeast
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 3/4 teaspoons iodized salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon bread improver
- 1/8 cup skim milk powder
- 2 medium eggs
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. knead until gluten is fully developed.
- 2 rest for 10 minutes.
- 3 scale dough according to desired weight.
- 4 proof for at least 1 1/2 hours.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
