Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh sweet corn, cooked and removed from cobs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, combining well.
- 2 pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
- 3 cool, and cut into squares.
