Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups unsweetened soymilk
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. in a seperate bowl mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, and soymilk. mix the wet ingredients into the dry, until thoroughly combined. do not overmix. let stand 10 minutes.
