My Version Of Fry Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 store bought frozen yeast rolls (or how ever many you want to use)
  • vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 put rolls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • 2 let thaw and rise until doubled in bulk.
  • 3 using your hands, flatten out each roll into an approximately six inch round.
  • 4 set them aside, either layered between sheets of waxed paper, or any way in which they are not touching as they will stick together.
  • 5 heat oil, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan, until shimmering.
  • 6 fry rolls, one at a time, until cooked through and browned, about 2 minutes on each side.
  • 7 set on a paper towel lined plate.
  • 8 enjoy!
