- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter (cold, unsalted)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup light sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 crumble in butter.
- 3 add blueberries.
- 4 add sourcream.
- 5 form into ball, flatten out, cut into ten-twelve pie shape slices, bake at 425 for 15 or so minutes.
