Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 place the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast.
- 2 mix to a soft dough with the oil and water.
- 3 knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes and then use as directed in the recipe.
