Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lily cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons shortening or 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- extra oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 pour enough oil in deep fryer to cover. mix all ingredients, set aside or refridgerate for at least 1/2 hour. using a tablespoons so cookie scoop, place scoops in hot oil till golden brown. servings and yield depends on size of each puppy.
