Hardtack (for Pirates)

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb flour
  • water

Recipe

  • 1 mix together salt and flour.
  • 2 add enough water to make a very stiff dough and flatten until dough is about half an inch thick.
  • 3 cut dough into 4 inch circles (or use a cookie cutter to make life easier).
  • 4 punch holes in the middle of each circle with a fork.
  • 5 bake at 250 degrees for 2-3 hours.
  • 6 try to eat.
