Hard Dumplings For Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 break egg in cup.
  • 2 add milk & beat with fork.
  • 3 mix flour, baking powder & salt.
  • 4 add egg & milk and mix.
  • 5 batter will be stiff.
  • 6 drop in little pieces on end of spoon into boiling soup.
