Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups grits, cooked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle.
- 2 may need to add water during mixing.
- 3 leftover grits which have been refrigerated will be drier than freshly cooked grits.
