Peach Pecan Biscuits

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lily frozen biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh peach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 thaw frozen biscuits in microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds.
  • 3 using 10 oz.
  • 4 custard cups, place 1 t.
  • 5 butter and 1 t.
  • 6 brown sugar in each cup.
  • 7 add half of the peaches to each cup.
  • 8 combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  • 9 cut each thawed biscuit into four pieces, dip in remaining melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • 10 place into custard cup.
  • 11 bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • 12 cool 10 minutes, invert cup onto serving plates.
