Palak Raita (spinach Curd)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 bunches spinach, blanched and coarsely chopped
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 6 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 beat yogurt in a bowl and keep aside.
- 2 heat oil in a pan, add red chillies powder, salt, black pepper powder and wait for a second.
- 3 add onions and sauté till tender.
- 4 now add spinach and sauté for at least 5 minutes on medium heat.
- 5 allow the mixture to cool down a little and then add gently into the yogurt bowl.
- 6 mix,allow it to rest for a few minutes and enjoy with stuffed indian breads or spiced rice.
