Ingredients

- 1 1/2 ounces piece lavash bread
- olive oil
- oregano
- pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 cut or tear lavash into bite size pieces.
- 2 heat olive oil in skillet. (you only need enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.).
- 3 place lavash pieces into the hot oil and brown.
- 4 season with oregano, pepper and salt to taste.
- 5 remove from pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- 6 enjoy warm or cold.
