Never Fail Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water (110-115 degrees)
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (9 ounce) package yellow cake mix or 1 (9 ounce) package cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- melted butter or margarine
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- 2 beat in the flour, dry cake mix and salt (do not knead). **when mixing if too dry you might want to add 1-2 tablespoons more of water at a time until you can get dough thoroughly mixed.
- 3 place in a greased bowl.
- 4 cover and let rise in a warm place until doubles, about 1 hour.
- 5 punch dough down.
- 6 divide dough in half.
- 7 flour the surface where you are going to roll the dough out.
- 8 roll each portion into a 12 inch circle.
- 9 cut each circle into 12 wedges.
- 10 roll up, beginning at the wide end.
- 11 place point side down on greased baking sheets.
- 12 brush with butter.
- 13 cover and let rise until doubled, about 25 minutes.
- 14 bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
