- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs slightly.
- 2 add milk and melted butter.
- 3 add flour and salt; beat until batter is smooth.
- 4 place in 6 heavily greased custard cups.
- 5 place in preheated oven--don't crowd them.
- 6 bake at 400°f for 1 hour.
