Larkann's Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2 3/4-3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 ounce active dry yeast (regular size)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup warm water
Recipe
- 1 combine 1 1/4 c flour salt and yeast in a large bowl
- 2 add water and oil
- 3 beat with electric mixer on low for 30 seconds or with a whisk until smooth.
- 4 beat on high for three minutes.
- 5 stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can with a wooden spoon.
- 6 turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
- 7 knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (about 6-8 minutes).
- 8 divide in half.
- 9 cover and let rise ten minutes.
- 10 make a pizza!
- 11 bake pizza at 375.
