Grandma's Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 scald the milk, then add the sugar, salt, butter and let cool.
- 2 in seperate bowl mix luke warm water, yeast and 1 tablespoons sugar.
- 3 stir yeast mixture into cooled milk.
- 4 add beaten egg to the milk mixture and mix in flour, do not knead.
- 5 put dough in zip lock bag and put in refrigerator overnight.
- 6 the next day, roll dough out and cut into triangles, about 3 inches at the base and 5 inches high.
- 7 roll the triangle from the base to the tip and put on baking sheet to rise for about 1.5 hours.
- 8 bake at 350 for 12 to 18 minutes, or until lightly browned.
