Low Sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 -4 mashed bananas
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix mashed bananas and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2 beat eggs and add to bananas, blending well.
- 3 sift dry ingredients and mix in with banana mixture.
- 4 if desired fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- 5 pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for ~50 minute.
