Low-fat Multi-grain Quick Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
  • 2 combine cornmeal, wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • 3 add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 4 spoon/pour batter into loaf pan.
  • 5 bake for 15 minutes.
