Ingredients

- 1 cup all-bran cereal (i use allbran)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunk
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and bran cereal and set aside for 5 minutes.
- 2 combine flour, baking powder, and salt. add to bran, then add egg . mix in pineapple chunks.
- 3 divide into 6 sprayed muffin cups. bake at 400°f for 18 minutes or to test.
