- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 dough cycle. let rise 15 minute divide in 4. spread 1/4 cup sesame seeds on board.
- 2 roll out dough as thin as possible, turning frequently to press the seeds into the dough. bake at 375f for 13 to 18 minutes.
