Lavosh Crisps With Sesame Seeds

Total Time: 1 hr 33 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 15 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cup sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 dough cycle. let rise 15 minute divide in 4. spread 1/4 cup sesame seeds on board.
  • 2 roll out dough as thin as possible, turning frequently to press the seeds into the dough. bake at 375f for 13 to 18 minutes.
