Easy Sour Cream Biscuits

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degress.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together, then form into a soft ball. place on a floured board and roll out to about 1/2" thickness. cut out biscuits using a 2" round cutter. place on greased baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes or until browned.
