Parmesan Butter Pan Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400*f.
- 2 in a 9" sq baking pan melt butter in oven.
- 3 meanwhile in meduin bowl combine all ingredients except milk.
- 4 stir in milk just until moistened.
- 5 turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead 10 times until smooth.
- 6 roll dough into 12x4" rectangle.
- 7 cut into 12 (1") strips.
- 8 dip each strip into melted butter, place in same pan. bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
