Jam Buns

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, chilled
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cold skim milk
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam (100% real fruit with no sugar added)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, whisk together flour, honey, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2 cut in butter until crumbly.
