Fp Bread #2

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 20 g butter (melted)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 proof yeast in the food processor with milk and honey.
  • 2 mix together salt and flour.
  • 3 in the food processor mix the flour and salt mixture into the milk and yeast 1 cup at a time until all flour is incorporated.
  • 4 mix using the food processor for another 3 minutes or so.
  • 5 let rise as normal bread and bake.
