Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 20 g butter (melted)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 proof yeast in the food processor with milk and honey.
- 2 mix together salt and flour.
- 3 in the food processor mix the flour and salt mixture into the milk and yeast 1 cup at a time until all flour is incorporated.
- 4 mix using the food processor for another 3 minutes or so.
- 5 let rise as normal bread and bake.
