- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, eggs, milk or water and salt together.
- 2 scrape bits from a plate into boiling water, or use a dumpling maker.
- 3 cook 15 minutes; rinse with cold water and drain.
- 4 add melted butter.
