Hungarian Dumplings Again

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 7 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, eggs, milk or water and salt together.
  • 2 scrape bits from a plate into boiling water, or use a dumpling maker.
  • 3 cook 15 minutes; rinse with cold water and drain.
  • 4 add melted butter.
