Great Biscuits

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (set it out for 8-10 minutes or so)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix the ingredients together.
  • 2 roll the dough and cut the biscuits about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 3 bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (oven variation)**i use a cast iron biscuit skillet.
