Ingredients

- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (set it out for 8-10 minutes or so)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix the ingredients together.
- 2 roll the dough and cut the biscuits about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (oven variation)**i use a cast iron biscuit skillet.
