Egg Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- buttermilk, sufficient to bring total liquid to 1 1/4 cups
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. beat eggs together with buttermilk and sour cream in a smaller bowl. slowly add the liquid mixture to dry, mixing as one would pie crust. stop adding liquid when the consistency is like that of a fairly soft pie dough. roll the dough out to about 3/4 inch. cut into biscuits. bake for 15 minutes or until well browned.
