Pepperoni Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • frozen bread dough, thawed (1 loaf makes two pepperoni breads)
  • pepperoni
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • flour

Recipe

  • 1 cut 1 loaf of bread in half.
  • 2 roll with rolling pin (on floured surface) into a rectangular shape.
  • 3 fill with pepperoni, and cheeses (you can use as much as you like).
  • 4 roll tightly like a jelly roll.
  • 5 pinch ends and fold under.
  • 6 cut about 5 lits with a knife on top of bread.
  • 7 bake at 350 for about 10 minutes (watch so the bottoms don't burn).
  • 8 these can be frozen before baking and baked at a later time, just spray foil with cooking spray and wrap the bread.
  • 9 when you are ready to bake, unwrap, thaw and bake as directed.
