Pepperoni Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced thin and sauted in oil til soft
  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 roll out dough on a floured surface into a 12x14-inch rectangle.
  • 2 arrange provolone cheese, pepperoni and bell peppers down center of dough, overlapping slices.
  • 3 sprinkle parmesan cheese and garlic salt over top.
  • 4 fold sides to enclose filling.
  • 5 seal seams and ends well.
  • 6 brush top of loaf with oil place on greased baking sheet.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
  • 8 or until golden brown.
  • 9 slice into serving portions.
