Flax Seed Muffins

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 3 cups flax seeds
  • 1 cup whey or 1 cup protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and bake in muffin tin for 15- 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
  • 2 can add other extracts or flavorings to taste.
