Our Go-to Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 7 g sachet dried yeast
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 cups flour, fine 00
- 1/4 cup semolina flour, fine
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- extra fine semolina flour, for dusting
Recipe
- 1 stir water, yeast and sugar in a small jug until combined.
- 2 stand in a warm place for around 5 minutes or until a frothy layer forms on the surface.
- 3 sift flour, semolina and salt into a large bowl.
- 4 add yeast mixture and oil, stir to combine.
- 5 use your hands to bring dough together.
- 6 knead on a lightly floured surface for around 10 minutes or until smooth.
- 7 place into a large oiled bowl, cover and set aside in a warm place for around an hour, or until has doubled in size.
- 8 knock down with your fist and use as desired.
