Pepperoni Pizza Bread For The Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 1 cup water, plus
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
- 2/3 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Recipe
- 1 measure carefully.
- 2 place all ingredients except pepperoni into bread machine in order as directed by manufacturer.
- 3 add pepperoni (i think i will chop it up) 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends (or at raisin/nut signal if your machine has it).
- 4 use basic cycle and medium or light crust color.
- 5 do not use delay cycle.
- 6 when baked remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
