Mini Cheddar Popovers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425°f
  • 2 spray 24 miniature muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 place muffin pans on cookie sheet.
  • 4 add 1/8 teaspoon oil to bottom of each cup.

  • 12 bake at 425°f for 18 to 20 minutes or until popovers are puffed and deep golden brown.
  • 13 immediately remove from muffin cups; serve warm.
