- 4 pita breads
- 1/2 cup garlic salad dressing or 1/2 cup onion mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 spread pita breads with mayo.
- 2 top with cheese, onion and tomatoes.
- 3 place on a cookie sheet.
- 4 bake at 400 degrees f for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
