Hi Protein Vanilla Bran Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 6 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all dry ingredients in bowl.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 combine wet ingredients together.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  • 6 pour into muffin cups.
  • 7 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
