Ingredients
- 1 cup oat bran
- 6 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredients in bowl.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 combine wet ingredients together.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- 6 pour into muffin cups.
- 7 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
