Flax Seed Matzoh (dehydrated)

Cook Time: 10 hrs
Ingredients
- 2 cups flax seeds (brown or golden)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup tamari (wheat free)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Recipe
- 1 put the flax seed in a large bowl.
- 2 add the water, tamari and lemon juice.
- 3 soak for at least 4-6 hours.
- 4 put 1/4 of the mixture on one teflex dehydrater sheet and spread to make a 7" square with an off set spatula. repeat for each sheet.
- 5 dehydrate at 105'f for 10 hours.
- 6 half way through flip the crackers and continute hydrating.
