Flax Seed Matzoh (dehydrated)

Total Time: 14 hrs Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flax seeds (brown or golden)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup tamari (wheat free)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)

Recipe

  • 1 put the flax seed in a large bowl.
  • 2 add the water, tamari and lemon juice.
  • 3 soak for at least 4-6 hours.
  • 4 put 1/4 of the mixture on one teflex dehydrater sheet and spread to make a 7" square with an off set spatula. repeat for each sheet.
  • 5 dehydrate at 105'f for 10 hours.
  • 6 half way through flip the crackers and continute hydrating.
  • 7 bon appetit!
