Peasant Bread

Total Time: 4 hrs Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add ingredients according to your breadmachine's instructions.
  • 2 set the cycle for dough and let it go.
  • 3 when the dough cycle ends set it for the french bread cycle and dark crust.
  • 4 after baking, cool before slicing.
