Garlic Parsley Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (defrost 20 minutes)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt together the last 4 ingredients in a saucepan or microwave.
  • 2 cut loaf into approximately 15 pieces, then roll into balls.
  • 3 dip in and completely cover with butter mixture and drop into loaf pan.
  • 4 pour remaining butter over top.
  • 5 cover with towel and let rise 2 1/2 hours. then bake for 25 minutes for 350°f.
