Garlic Parsley Bread

Ingredients
- 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (defrost 20 minutes)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 melt together the last 4 ingredients in a saucepan or microwave.
- 2 cut loaf into approximately 15 pieces, then roll into balls.
- 3 dip in and completely cover with butter mixture and drop into loaf pan.
- 4 pour remaining butter over top.
- 5 cover with towel and let rise 2 1/2 hours. then bake for 25 minutes for 350°f.
